Yes these noodles are worth the purchase
These noodles are so good they taste like regular noodles from the grocery store to me. And it’s half the calories! Um yes please. Also it has a little protein. Which is really nice. These noodles are so worth it. Preparation is like regular noodles. Will definitely purchase again!

Best Low Carb Replacement!
Even as a low carb conniseur, I like to 'occasionally' treat myself to a bowl of pasta. This brand is EXCELLENT for fulfilling that craving. Even my husband never noticed the difference. The texture and taste are nearly indistinguishable from regular pasta if you cook it according to package directions. Adding salt to boiling water, and following cooking time is key. I love that they've expanded to be sold in stores like Hyvee.

Just like the real thing
I use these all the time and bake them just like regular pasta. Not as low carb as some, but does not contain 'lupin'. The allergic reaction to lupin was horrendous. This pasta, when boiled longer, really tastes just like regular pasta. The spaghetti is a little too hard, even after boiling longer, but my daughter loves it. I give it 5 stars, healthy without any additives, and lower in cost than some other low-carb pasta.

loaded with 24 grams of fiber per serving
This review is for the ROTINI, and it is the only one I have tried so far. It tastes fine, feels fine, and no one noticed anything off. No issues digestive or otherwise. I tend to consume a lot of fiber, so my gut is used to it. I mean, think about it. This has 24 grams of fiber PER SERVING! Unless folks are mindful of fiber, many dont get that much in a day let alone 1 MEAL, and usually not in one serving. And who eats one serving? So easily 50 grams in a meal using this. No wonder some of you have had gas or digestion issues. I have the box of 3. Each 12 ounce box has 6 servings. The 2 ounce serving is typical of pasta. For those that say that this has same amount of carbs as regular pasta, you are wrong as far as net carbs go. When you subtract fiber, it takes that "total carb" number down to "net carb". Regular past has very little fiber. This is jam packed with it. Sodium content is reasonable. 75 g per serving. Some brands are in the hundreds, some are lower. HOW I cook it: I bring water to a boil, add salt, then add the box of pasta. Directions say to cook 13-15 mins for al dente. I smartly tried the noodles on occasion to determine for myself what texture I want. I cooked until al dente which for me was closer to 10 mins on my gas stovetop. So just pay attention while cooking---as with anything. Not always the fault of the product if it doesnt turn out. When done, I poured into a strainer. I usually run cold water over the pasta, but I forgot this time. It did NOT overcook, and it did not stick together. Then, in the previously used pot I added olive oil, a variety of vegetables (quartered cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, sliced red and yellow pepper), and finely cut up leftover (already cooked) hot Italian sausage. Lightly cooked until veg were tender but still with firm bite. Then added in the pasta and a little more oil, salt and pepper, parm cheese, and crushed red pepper flakes. Tasted and felt like regular pasta to me. Husband didnt notice anything either. I bought this for the greatly reduced calories (110 vs 220) and high fiber content (24g vs 3 or less). I cant comment on blood sugar inpact. I had a generous portion and I like that I didnt feel weighed down or sleepy. I dont rate on price. I found it reasonable enough to try and reasonable enough to buy it again. I will likely go with the rotini again, but if I try another pasta shape option I will add my thoughts.

I really enjoy this pasta.
Let me explain what these noodles are. I have read the bad reviews here and most are not warranted. These are low calorie pasta with low NET carbs. Not low carbs, low NET carbs. This is not for people on a strict KETO diet. But if you count NET carbs only then you can have them. Still, the rule is 20 Net carbs a day (if you are strict) and these 2oz servings have 16. Not sure if that is worth it. That said... I am on low carb for years now. Low carb makes me stay NOT hungry and it keeps my glucose on a steady level. For somebody like me (low carb and low calories) this pasta is a gift. I have not had pasta in years and the Konjac noodles don't count. They will spike your BG but in my case not too much and you need to offset them with some protein. Remember EVERYBODY reacts differently. Your spike does not men other people spike. Always test yourself. The calorie count is almost half of normal pasta. That alone. And they fill you (at least me) up. They need to be cooked longer. That is the nature of the different ingredients. And for pasta lovers they will NOT win on a side by side taste test but for somebody like me, who had no pasta in years and can't even remember what pasta tastes like, its just fantastic. Also the price is decent (not compared to normal pasta) since there are 12oz in the box. Others have 8oz. One error I saw on the box. It says 18 servings of 2oz per container. The box only contains 6 (2oz) servings. I assume that is meant for the whole 3 boxes that come with the order but is confusing. But I can do MATH so it is fine. To summarize: Like normal pasta - NO but close. These have low NET carbs, not low carbs Low calorie, check your own blood Glucose reaction, then decide and enjoy some pasta that you otherwise can not have.

It's really good but expensive. Worth it.
Really tasty, but wow! The cost is a bit prohibitive. It's worth it, though. Just be sparing with them
