Great looking and big enough for two Netherland dwarf x Holland lop cross bunnies to play happily. The assembly was long, but not complicated. Cleaning is easy enough. There is a little crevice around the bottom that the poops get stuck in, but we get those out with a vacuum when the bunnies are playing elsewhere. We are very happy with the product.

Perfect rabbit house. The only thing I was not happy with was the bottle didn’t come with a tray and wasn’t easy to clean or move it. But otherwise perfect cage and perfect size!

Super easy setup, structure is well built. Instructions were very easy to understand, love that the screws were in separate packages and labeled, made it so much easier and faster. The only thing I didn't like was the ramp going down into the bottom level was to close to the wire.

Sturdy and easy assembly. Like that the enclosed upper level has a window! Our rabbit actually looks out at us when going “upstairs” to eat. The only thing I’d add is some sort of removable, transparent covers for bottom, screened area, to protect our rabbit from rain. We have to cover the hutch by wrapping a tarp around the bottom to protect him from the elements.

I put this together very easily by myself with a power drill, even though my husband wanted to take over when he got home and I said "no." It's very cute, though we've decided to keep this rabbit indoors, so I'm not sure about durability outside. Seems like it would be fine. The rabbit likes having the different areas and easily goes up and down. He can even go straight into the top area from the outside on the floor if the bottom door gets bumped closed. I saw complaints about the tray being solid without wiring above it, but I WANTED one without wire. Our rabbit is litter trained so I'd rather have a solid base for his feet. I haven't had to pull the tray out since he doesn't go to the bathroom up there. The lower area/run ceiling lets light through. Doors swing well, and lock. One of our latches won't lock because the pieces are spaced to far apart, but still closes/latches just fine. I could probably move the latch if I were putting it outside and wanted it to fully lock. One board split when I was drilling, but I used wood glue and held it together overnight with vices and it's fine. The roofing flakes if touched, so be aware. I haven't had to touch since placing it. My biggest complaint is how dark the upstairs is. There is almost no circulation, which isn't a big deal indoors. I wish there was a screen option for the window or door. I'm thinking about a touch light in there because I don't want wires due to possible viewing and fire risk. I also wish the bottom plastic sheet floor protector were a single piece rather than two. First day he spilled water right at the seem. We had enough overlap that nothing got through to the hardwood flooring below. Final verdict: glad I got it!!!!
