If you're looking for one of those high end docking stations with a trillion ports, Thunderbolt 4, 200w of power, this ain't it. You're going to have to shell out north of $100 for one of those. But if you're just a typical white collar telecommute worker who works with Word/Excel and some janky proprietary work software and just wants to hook up a couple of monitors and USB devices to their laptop, this is it!Works great out of the box. 2 HDMI ports and 3 USB-A ports is all most of us are ever gonna need anyway. Keep in mind those 3 USB-A ports are in addition to the ones on your laptop. If you're on an ancient Dell Latitude like I am and run into issues with the monitors not being recognized, you are well advised to flip the USB-C connector around as that will fix it.Only downside I can think of might be no DVI ports, but that's a wash anyway. HDMI cables are super cheap and easy to come by. And the DVI port on the other Ugreen docking station wasn't working, which is what caused me to return it. This one's got the basics and is great value for not even $50.No issues with durability I've encountered. I've used this for about 5 months across 2 different work issued Dell laptops with no issues.I've come around to really liking Ugreen products, even using their vertical laptop stand alongside this docking station which I also recommend.

It looks nicer in person, and it works well. I have absolutely no complaints. I love that the cord is long enough for the hub to sit nicely on the desk without hanging. Good attention to detail, UGreen. I hope USB 5 will come out so that the Thunderbolt 4 tech can come down in price.

Very nice docking hub. Works great with both my windows laptop and my daughter's MacBook. Works on 3 independent screens for both windows laptop and MacBook. For the MacBook you will need a special USB 3.0 to HDMI adapter and special program to get A-B-C displays as shown on the description. I have tried other hubs from other well known manufacturers. This has been great so far. Does not heat up like other competitor hubs. I have tried others purchased from Amazon only to return them because they would get extremely hot or others would flicker on and off throughout the day. This Ugreen hub work perfectly with the original electrical plug that came with my laptop. So far so good. I would recommend this hub. I have 2 screens connected, speakers, network, and an external hard drive.When it works it is good, but it often drops the connection to my right monitor.Also when rebooting my left monitor is not recognized.Both issues are solved after unplugging and plugging in the affected monitor, but that is not what I expected from a docking station.As it is I can only recommend to stay away from this product.

Got it on sale, it claims to work with 8K@30fps, I haven't tested that yet, but it works with QHD@144fps, so it must be true (8 bit color).Hub feels very sturdy and premium, it doesn't have any weakpoints so I think it will sustain many plugs/unplugs during it's lifespan.The hub can work without additional power, and I haven't seen any banding or color issues.You can daisy chain this hub with others, but keep in mind you can only send video from the hub that connects directly to your computer.You should get a USB C extension cable to mount it under your desk, it looks even more awesome that way.

UPDATE 14-OCT-2024: Based on my review below, I was contacted by a UGREEN representative and was given a refund after they were able to verify that the piece I had was defective. The fact that the representative reached out indicates that they are a very responsible company that care about their customers and their products, and that their guarantee is a real guarantee! I'll continue buying more products from UGREEN in the future.ORIGINAL COMMENT: I had this UGREEN Revodok Pro 211 Laptop Docking Station delivered the day before going on a series of trips over 2 months. Most of the time it was unreliable either not passing power or ethernet or both. Unfortunately I returned back home after the return window has closed.Like many other reviewers, I would recommend DO NOT BUY. Unreliable. Look for another product instead.I already had a CM512 and mistakenly assumed that the Revodok Pro 211 would be of the same standard. It isn't.
