Returned -- No incremental control for reverb or music volume
The sound quality impressed me at first until I realized this unit can only turn the reverb on or off--there's no option to change it in increments to tune the sound more comfortably. It does sound like good reverb though, rather than some cheap echo effect; it was like listening to someone on a mic at a cathedral (reverb on) vs talking into a cup (reverb off)--of which I found was either too much or too little reverb.Connecting it with music drowned out my small voice and I could not, for the life of me, turn down the music level without also turning down the microphone level.. so it was embarrassing, awkward, and pointless for me. The sound also cuts out if speaking too low for the microphone to pick up, which again.. awkward. I am really shy, so to test it lightly with my voice didn't trigger the microphone at times, but with a strong or consistent voice, it likely would've been fine. Another thing--If you speak loudly to where your voice trails off into a drastically smaller volume, the sound will cut out; it seems there's a threshold for the lowest volume the mic will trigger picking up sound.. which may be normal, but I purchased a different karaoke microphone that doesn't cut out like this one does, so I see how much different it is. But of course, it's a microphone--it is meant to be for voices to be loud and heard! However, for my needs, this one didn't quite fit the bill.Anywho, the lights were really cool and I loved how they can be dimmed in 2 levels or be turned off. The build quality is great--cool to the touch, and feels comfortable + smooth in the hand (albeit can be a bit heavy). I didn't test the TF slot nor have another to test the dual mode but I'm sure it would've worked fine. Oh, as for the Tones aka "magic voices", they were fun but it seemed to have a small lag, maybe due to the reverb, so I couldn't sing on beat with this feature and could hear the delay from speaking vs the output in the magic voice which would throw me off a bit.Overall, it's a decent build & quality karaoke microphone if you want to just simply plug & play, enjoy, have fun, laugh, and party, without much fine-tuning during or throughout its usage. Try it for yourself, see how you like it!

Voice changer microphone
I bought this for my kids for the voice changing feature and it has been the favorite of Christmas. It's got great battery life, which you might come to regret after hearing it for hours. They love it, and that's all I really care. It's great quality for the price and has been a lot of fun.

lots of fun
the color disco light definitley for kids but the voice changer's where the adult fun is at. the sound is ok for small rooms especially if you are low tone, quiet speker, as a male the male to female converter isn't that great it's better to use your original voice falsetto or head voice if you can, cartoon is perfect, monster is funny my personal favorite, if you do male to male you'll just sound deeper which is almost as fun as monster. oh and the charging cord is short ez fix use a xbox charging cord or comatable phone charger. ps. I have 2 potential buyers coming your way. too bad technology isn't quite up to date yet because if it was i'd be able to do a head voice without practice ( no point in practicing now I started singing late in life) there also should be an option to use an amp no one gets rich and famous without being heard clearly
