Read All Reviews!
So, I'm a believer of reading reviews before I make a purchase. I'm also realistic and know that businesses solicit 'positive reviews' from customers for 'favors' or whatever you want to call it, and that kinda burns my tail, so-to-speak. I don't and won't do that.My wife and I were away for about a week and when we returned and walked in our place, we were hit by a wall or heat in our home...the thermostat had malfunctioned and it was registering 99 degrees in our home! A day later, I'm in my office where I have my guitars and I heard a 'SNAP!' One of my guitars cracked!I thought...I'm really tired of constantly humidifying these things etc and decided to look for a guitar that was impervious to humidity and temperature changes and that's what got me looking at this guitar. Some of the 'graphite guitars' are really expensive and I know I wouldn't be doing that. I was intrigued by this Enya and the reviews. Sure there were some negative reviews, however some of those positive ones were quite compelling. I waited until it came on sale and made the leap. It's now about 3 years later, folks and I still have the guitar and play it regularly. Here are a few thoughts I have that you can consider along with all the other reviewers comments and posted YouTube videos and reviews. The sound. It's so rich and deep....great base tone! Playability? You have no doubt noted that some folks really blast the Enya on this and probably rightfully so, however my thoughts are, isn't it worthwhile to have such a guitar that is so easily adjusted for better playability ....just either do it yourself or take it to your luthier. It's adjustable via the entire neck, truss adjustment or bridge saddle, and now you have a great guitar. Looks? There is really nothing like it out there, I don't think. Uniquely great-looking.Honestly about the only thing I would caution some folks on because this could be a big deterrent for some people is that it is definitely heavier than most guitars. I think I only saw that on one review when I purchased it. It's quite surprising actually that more folks haven't mentioned it....it's quite noticeable, however given how and where I play, it's not a factor at all. Like I said, I use it regularly still after about 3 years.I've noticed that the guitar has gone down in pricing since I had purchased it making it, to me, an incredible buy.BTW...that guitar I mentioned earlier on that cracked? Well, I've done what I can to keep that poor thing from getting worse, however that poor ole Martin Dread Jr. is on it's last legs, I'm afraid. It's been my 'travel guitar...even bring it along camping in remote areas, however am thinking I might look at another Enya purchase...a smaller one, for my traveling needs. If the smaller options are of the same quality and durability this one is, I'm sure I'll be very happy with my purchase. Hope this helps you as you make your decision.

Thank God for warranty, and quick response and solution!
Love this guitar! Looking forward to playing publicly with the headset and mic. Unfortunately, the strap button malfunctioned within a few weeks of purchase. I immediately sent an email voicing my extreme disappointment.Much to my delight, I was answered within a day or less by EnyaGlobal. After leaving a detailed video and email, it was determined repairs couldn’t be made and a replacement is being shipped! A bit of an inconvenience but quality response by Enya! Awaiting shipment confirmation, but relieved and impressed. Thank you Enya.

Fretboard separated from neck
I bought this guitar in February 2023 and today when I picked it up to play it the fretboard became separated from the neck. I will be contacting the manufacturer this week and even though it’s out of warranty I’m hoping they will do something to help out. Will update this review as soon as I find out what their stance is on thisUPDATE::So in the review I didn’t mention that I was making a truss rod adjustment. Let me say that I’m not a rookie at making these adjustments as I have been doing this for over 40 years now.Enya responded that it’s out of warranty so they won’t do anything about it which is completely understandable and they’re doing nothing wrong to honor the policy BUT that being said I won’t be buying anything from the manufacturer because at first this guitar seemed well built but realistically it’s not…. At least in my experience

I've come a long way, but still fairly new to guitar.
Despite my limited knowledge and talent from being fairly new to guitar, I can say that I love this guitar! I just received it yesterday, and it's a dream for a techie like me.I ordered the Deluxe version. That being said, I've noticed 3 things I don't like about this guitar. It doesn't specifically say it on the instructions, at least from a slightly more than quick glance, but the gig bag strap can be removed from the bag and attached as a guitar strap. This would be a really nice feature if I was a 10 year old. Reason being that the strap is way too small for a large adult male to be used like that and needs an extension to make it usable, otherwise even at maximum length it still sits on top of my chest.Next thing I don't like, you can't use the charging stand if you have any strap attached. Those straps can be pretty difficult to put on in the first place and it's really annoying having to take it off. It won't even just sit on the stand with a strap attached, it wants to fall over. The third thing is how easy it is to accidentally loosen the screws that hold the strap on, and when you do, it releases the extra bar that you remove to make it more portable. I've been using that bar to carry it, so if it's loose, your guitar will fall and you'll be left holding the bar. It happened to me already.I also can't seem to get it to connect to my PC through Bluetooth, it shows up in my list and then refuses to connect, however I was able to get it to communicate via USB-C and I was able to change my sound input and output devices to the guitar so that I could play Yousician, and Yousician could only be heard by me along with the notes I was playing on the guitar.Note, it isn't a silent guitar. You'll still hear the strings without it being turned on and it can still bother people if they are close enough, even in the next room over (only maybe 10 feet away from my computer chair to the couch on the living room). Not that you really could anyway, I don't suggest trying to play it on an airplane, or a bus, or anything else. It's nice that it has all those inputs and outputs. I don't see mention of it, but it has a line out to go to an actual Amp, and it automatically disables the internal speaker if you use it, but still makes use of your presets and EQ settings and everything else. It also has a headphone jack, which I believe also supports a headset with a microphone. It also has a microphone jack and USB-C. It supports OTG, so you can connect it to an android phone via USB-C and record with it and stuff. As previously stated, you can also connect it to a PC and it automatically shows up as sound input and output devices so you can use it with your favorite programs.Firmware updates require you to shut it off, hold down the two left buttons and push/hold the volume knob down for two seconds for it to go to firmware update mode. Then you run the firmware update, which is available from their website, and it automatically finds it and updates it. Simple. But you do need it connected via USB-C.The instructions don't seem to 100% match the current version of the android mobile app.I do recommend this guitar to anyone that knows anything about tech things.
