Directions, how often do you use, how long do you keep on and are they disposable?

I use them when my hands are feeling especially dry and uncomfortable. You could use them daily if you wanted. The instructions say to leave on for 10-30 minutes, but I leave mine on for a few hours. I put them on before I go to bed, and usually last without pulling them off for at least 3-4 hours. They're one-time use, and are disposable.
