Installation: I have received my product on 7th April and my product was installed on the next day, I only have to call blue star customer care and raise an installation ticket..Quality: Quality is upto the mark, all products are good, only one thing which is not upto the mark is the wire of indoor unit which is very short.Performance: I have installed it on 4th Floor and room is directly facing sunlight from two sides and yet the cooling is so good. Wifi is also easy to use and setup, you just have to install Blue Star Smart Ac app and follow the steps. **Alexa is not working with this ac** the account created by you in blue star ac doesn't appear in the Alexa app, that's why I am deducting one star on that because i have purchased this ac to operate it with wifi and alexa otherwise i will go for daikin. **Outdoor unit has very noise**Energy Efficiency: I will update this later after using the ac for few months.Water Leakage: Yet there is no water leakage.And at last i want to mention that service of blue star is good in my area, the only setback is at the time of installation the technician didn't vaccum the outer unit.Installation and other charges is as per amazon chart.Edit on 17 April 2025**Ac is started working with Alexa, maybe the account created on blue star ac app takes time to be updated on other server." Very nice AC. Prompt delivery by Amazon and equally prompt was the Installation both on same day.It is a 3 star ac with smart features like voice command and effective cooling. It is worth the cost

Features like Turbo Cool, 4-Way Swing, and Smart Ready functionality work well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐Wi-Fi Connectivity: Control AC through Blue Star mobile app remotely.However, I was disappointed to find a small dent on the indoor unit, which affects its aesthetic appeal.Despite this, the AC's technical specifications such as Inverter technology, Anti-Corrosive Blue Fins, and 100% Copper condenser are impressive.I hope Blue Star will improve their quality control to avoid such issues in the future.Recommendation: If you're looking for a feature-rich AC with good cooling performance, this might be a good option - but inspect the unit carefully before purchase."

Wonderfull cooling and low sound levels

It's a nice AC, working fine with Alexa.No need to use remote if you are having Alexa device.Cooling is quick and cover while room area .Installation was very fast and perfect.

The media could not be loaded. If it was possible to give negative points for this purchase experience, i would do that. It’s still too early to early to talk about energy efficiency or noise levels. I bought a #Bluestar window a/c to support #Makeinindia, but I really regret this decision now.The machine powers off by itself and the power button does not work. You have to press or bang the frame to start the machine – see the accompanying video. Also the swing works in one direction only.Innumerable complaints and calls (even immediately after installation) lead only to messages from their system - no one does anything to really resolve the problem – so much easier for them to just say a technician (outsourced) will visit. You only get messages or promises that technician will visit. Its dangerous and could lead to a short circuit or fire. Their installation “technician” signs your name on your behalf on the form. E-mails to their Customer Service gets you no response.After a few days, their #Service Department #unilaterally cancels your #complaint without servicing it. The customer is nowhere in the loop. If you complain again they go through the same loop: Send message with complaint no. > Do nothing and wait for about 1 week > Service Department unilaterally cancels complaint. I’ve been through this loop 3 times with no result.I’ve posted this review on #Amazon from where I purchased the unit. Amazon (@amazonIN) has not yet published the review – more than a week and Amazon India is still reviewing my review. This is akin to censoring by Amazon.All this for a brand new machine: manufacturing #defects, installaton defect, lacking real service for rectification of defects, and poor subcontractor control – surely not something you would expect from #Makeinindia – very disappointing.

Good cooling but installation guy didn't bring vaccuum pump and also the indoor unit is noisy even on eco mode. What's the point of split AC if indoor unit can't be quiet?
