Great Product
Takes a little bit of time & labor to install but they work much better than the sensors that came with our van. The app is easy set up & use and much more convenient than using the OEM level indicators - these give you a percentage not a "1/3" incremental value. I've installed them on my propane, fresh water, grey water and black water tanks. I've only had to replace one battery (3+ years of use) and it was easy. I highly recommend them.

Waterproof?
Waterproof? Sensor sits at bottom of tank. Due to condensation and moisture the sensor is exposed to the water dropping off of the tank. Two years and the last one started to fail. I had to take off the sensors and dry the m with a hairdryer. Once water intrusion started the batteries failed and the signals stopped. Two years tops! Less this device is waterproofed. Other than this they work pretty good.

Decent sensor for a gray (or fresh) water tank
The factory installed tank monitor started failing for the Gray water tank. Was intermittent but now is stuck at 1/3. Uses external sensor, not though the tank. Tried multiple times to clean the tank with no change. Was looking at a more expensive solution but that would have required a lot of work to neatly replace the LED level indicators.I had already installed a Mopeka LP tank sensor and that works very well, and appears to track the LP usage quite well.Found that I had just enough access to the bottom of the Gray water tank to install the Mopeka water sensor so decided to give that a try.Installation was pretty easy.I tested by adding 12 gallons of water to the empty tank.Configuring the tank height to the actual value gave a bogus reading. The tank height is about 7" but I had to tell the Mopeka app that it was 12" to get close to the expected reading.Mopeka support was very responsive, and we tried a couple of things with no difference. They suspect that the sensor is defective so they sent a replacement. So high marks for excellent customer service.I think that it more likely might have something to do with the thickness of the tank in our motor home, but we will see if the new sensor makes a difference.I didn't have time before our recent trip to install the replacement sensor, so I'll be doing that soon. But the existing sensor with the tank height set to the larger value appeared to work well on the trip. So, overall, quite happy with the solution. It would be nicer if there was a monitor panel that reads out in percentages like the smart phone app, but the only monitor panel they currently have just uses LEDs so that is not as nice as the phone app.I my case I would not be able to use a Mopeka sensor on the fresh water tank as it sits flat on the floor under the bed.I would certainly purchase again if I needed another one in the future.

Works great with my Victron Cerbo GX and the portal
These things are working great on my truck camper. I installed them on my fresh water and grey water tanks since the stock 4 led level indicators were no longer accurate. The best part about these sensors is there's nothing that goes inside the tank so you don't have to worry about them getting gummed up with sludge or other buildup. They're also a lot more accurate than the four led sensors most RVs come with. On top of that, they integrate easily with the Victron Cerbo GX unit I already have installed so I can monitor my water level through my Victron portal and setup alerts and other fancy features, if I care to. The Mopeka app is fine and gets the job done. Maybe not the most intuitive or configurable but certainly gets the job done. Installation was about as easy as can be expected considering you have to get to the bottom of your tank. I pulled the panel off of the bottom of my truck camper which gave me easy access to clean the tank and attach the mounting brackets. I've read some reviews about the battery life being a bit disappointing, and even if it's fantastic, I don't want to have to eventually open up the bottom of my camper again to replace the batteries, so I opened up each sensor and soldered on two wires to the battery connection so I can eventually wire in an external battery or 3 volt power supply. Of course, that voids any warranty, but I'm willing to take that chance. So far, so good. I'm quite pleased and would recommend these to anyone who wants more accurate water sensors, as long as you can get to the bottom of your tanks.

Should not be advertised for RV water tanks; undocumented limitations, support not responding
Bought Mopeka Pro Check Universal sensor to monitor fresh water tank in RV. Results were less than ideal - at 40% fill, sensor showed 100% full, and when water tank was filled to 100% after 2 days of usage (~30-40% water used), sensor still showed 100%.Drained water tank, and water level in the Mopeka app was bouncing all over the place - from 22% to 60%. Opened support case and after going back and forth for days, was told that the water tank must have at a minimum 1" of water for sensor to work at all. I don't see this info anywhere mentioned, not even in small print. RV tanks are only 5-6" deep, so when you reach 20% this sensor will no longer show your tanks are getting low. Provided bunch of troubleshooting information and finally support notified "I believe I may know what is happening" and that's when support stopped responding. Not even to requests - "should I return this sensor?", "will this sensor work with my RV fresh water tank?". No more responses from Mopeka support; they are no longer responding to tell me how to adjust settings nor to confirm if I should return as it is not going to work. Quite disappointing support experience. So unless you re trying to monitor tanks that will have at a minimum of 1" of water or more, these are not meant for your.
