This has been gifted to my elderly friend who has trouble with his eyesight.The watch I received is like the one in the 3rd picture where the second button "S2" is recessed.If I were buying this for someone elderly I would set it up myself, its not too hard but I even found the instructions a little confusing the first time around. The setting of the time on the hour and minute hand is separate from the time you need to set for the "Out Loud Button" so that might catch a few out.The watch is nicely finished, and definitely more masculine style. It's on the heavier side and actually, I think that's a good thing to help keep strength up in the elderly.... we soon adapt.4/5 - I also spoke to thee company about an issue and were very helpful and quick to respond.

This is a good-looking watch with a practical design, ideal for the visually impaired. The large white dial and contrasting black hands provide excellent legibility. A small amount of lume is applied to the hands allowing the time to be visible in the dark.A loud and clear voice communicates the time with a single press of the top right button. Pressing the button again communicates the date and alarm. The audio is better than expected.The analogue clock and voice clock are set independently. My only minor gripe is the large crown guards somewhat impede crown operation.The quality of the watch is fine for the price. The case is satisfactory but loses marks on the snap-on case back. The bracelet and folding clasp feel cheaply made which isn't a surprise given the price. The clasp features a few micro-adjustments making watch sizing easier.
