Are these pens refillable? Can I buy refill ink for those??

Yes, these are definitely refillable. I just refilled mine after two months of daily use. Just unscrew the bottom using the tip of the cap, put the cap back on while holding upright, put the ink in, then screw bottom back on. I already had an eye dropper handy and used this ink from Amazon and its working good as new: Zig Cartoonist Highly Opaque Pen Ink, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006MW7NE6
