Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale [Regular Edition] with English Subtitles

I love SAO! And this was a perfect addition to it. I can't wait until the next one which the ending clearly shows there will be another one. It was exciting and had me glued to my seat to watch it. I'll likely end up buying this one too since I only rented it to watch it. It was moving just like SAO always has been. And I love the fact that each time the story is even more interwoven. A good story is always the beginnings of a good movie and this one definitely has it. I hope there is a great deal more of SAO in the future.

I would give this one star, but that's only because there doesn't seem to be a dub option. Just watched it by other means. As far as the product goes, man this movie was awesome. This was way better than that Excalibur arc crap. I loved how the adopted the story from someone who suffered from the effects of SAO and the nerve gear. What a father do to bring his daughter back? Excellent plot device. And of course Kirito and Asuna with their romance was a welcome. I love this couple!

This movie e did a great job bringing back all the main characters, and meshing their roles together. It was slow starting, but really built up the SAO feelings and intensity! Just like in the series, the intensity of the emotions is conveyed amazingly, through out all the skilled animation. The movie builds, and builds, until the final show down. I was also glad to see that it was two hours long, with a bonus after the credits! This is a must see for any SAO lover

Apparently I missed the warning ( if it was there at the time) that it would not play in the US. It does not. Very disappointing.

Despite the cons of the series some which I agree with even though this is my favorite anime series, I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed this movie it provided answers to all my questions while kept me entertained. The only fault I found was the shipping and handling left my box dented on one of its corners, but with hope of better handling in shipments for future customers I cannot justify it affecting my rating of my satisfaction with this movie

It was fun to watch, especially if you are an anime or SAO fan.

If you enjoyed SAO, the movie is a great end-cap to the story. Animation and voice actors were consistent with the original episodes and the English Translation did not distract from a really great story that touches on many of the technological challenges of the future. It was a great addition to the source material, well worth your time to watch and enjoy it.

Amazing movie. Held up plot directly from the previous series, as well as expanding what you knew of SAO. The English subs are fine, I could understand it perfectly. If you watched the rest of the series, you have to watch this one, it is completely worth it. The emotional intensity is amazing, and it is better than some parts of the series. Highly recommend.
