I have a number of computers around the house, desktops and laptops, I regularly upgrade and often find myself with an occasional spare part without a home. Recently I seem to be upgrading SSDs and had a 1Tb, 512Gb and a 256Gb SSD spare. Looking around I found I had a spare caddy so that was the 1Tb drive sorted, and incidentally confiscated by my wife! I purchased 2 of these to sort out the other 2, they are pretty solid, the clip that hold the tray in place is robust and secure, fitting the drives was simple and very quick. I like that the USB cable as configured with a cap to switch from USB C to C to USB C to A providing a lot of flexibility and they even work with my mobile phone :) very good and great value for money. Next time I find myself with spare drives I will be ordering more.

Got this for my legion go to upgrade from the stock 512gb. I carried out a clone of my old ssd using a ssd case also from Amazon. This 2TB drive was easy to fit into the legion go. This is the 2242 same as original fitment. Its been running fine , no issues with temperature, no problems at all. The cloning process took 26minutes an it only took 10 minutes to fit it into the legion go. I would recommend as a replacement/ upgrade for the legion go handheld pc.

Enclosure died after just 6 months, the drive is fine, I moved it to a a new enclosure and everything is working again.

This SSD is great quality for my desktop PC! I’m still getting a feel for the speed improvement, but overall, it’s working well for my needs.

I bought this as had a laptop which wouldnt boot windows any longer, so fitted the NVMe stick into this and could then connect it to the new machine and recover the data.Just a word of warning though, if Bitlocker is enabled on the drive, you have to decrypt it with the key first (and it's enabled by default on most new machines, so you might not realise until it's too late!)Fitting the drive is easy, simply push the red button and pull apart, there's a rubber bung which holds the stick in place inside.The cable has a USB C or standard USB connection, so it'll work with more machines.Overall, great value and saved a lot of data. I'm actually using it as a 1TB usb drive via usb c which is nice and fast.

The speed is not up wqith the big boys but its good enough as a second drive to install games on to ideal getting 1tb space for this price and getting gen 4 speeds is awesome. After as few weeks it is stable and showing no signs of faults of any kind. The drive comes with spare screw and screwdriver which is a nice addition for the price. For cooling it has a sticker on it that is carbon apparently which is supoosed to cool it i recommend still putting on a heatsink to make sure.

My laptop stopped working so I contacted a local IT Tech. He confirmed that the hardware was U/S due to an electrical fault, but retrieved the hard drive and found the data intact. I purchased the KingSpec device on his recommendation and used it to download the hard drive into my new laptop. Very quick and easy whilst allowing long term storage of the retrieved hard drive.RECOMMENDED.

After running low on my D: drive on my gaming computer, I found myself in the market for a new faster and larger (more storage) SSD.I was looking for something that had increased capabilities but yet was less in cost than WD, Samsung, and Seagate. Now I did this upgrade right around the same time I upgraded my C: drive SSD too. However, that was a different brand I used for that drive.This Kingspec is the second one to date that I have purchased. The first was a 2230 which was meant for an upgrade to a console but ended up never doing the upgraded so it has been used as additional storage on another console (works great and greatly reduced load speeds). After reading the good experience with the 2230 I figured I would give them another go ahead.This specific ssd replaced a Crucial P5+ which worked flawlessly, however I was looking to get more storage and while I'm doing that why not look to improve read/write speeds too?! I've never heard anyone say I don't like my computer to boot, or load programs/games faster.The storage on the Kingspec doubled my Crucial which is now a few years old and it also it also reads and writes faster than my Crucial did too. I have ran crystal disk to evaluate the speeds and I have peaked at 7200/6500 r/w which is faster than what my crucial was capable of. So far I am pleased with the performance of the Kingspec.

Install this in a surface 3, works great

Hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien, sin errores raros o inicio a prueba de fallos en Windows o restauraciones en disco, todo ha ido bien, no tengo mucho usándolo, tal vz 3 semanas.. así que si llega a fallar volveré aquí a informarlo.

I used this in conjunction with an NVME enclosure. It all went together easily, plugs in and after formatting, is ready. Looks like another SSD to my Windows box, and at 128GB, it lets me back up a ton of code, pictures, documents, etc.I'm amazed with how fast and cheap this kind of memory device has become! Great purchase for anyone wanting a fast backup drive.

Fonctionne très bien sur la ps5, éteindre la PS5, enlevez le cache de la PS5, puis quelques vises, mettre minutieusement le SSD et refaire le tout en marche arrière, allumez la PS5 et voilà plus de problème de stockage en plus le SSD a un système de refroidissement intégré donc pas besoin d'en mettre un, je recommande se produits
