Delivery was prompt, the lights are encased in rubber tubing that was easy to handle. The brightness of the lights also suited my needs; not too bright not too dim (i used them to light underneath my bed for nighttime vision). I liked the remote feature and found them easy to hang. The problem: like other reviews, the light lasted two weeks. As of last night they were very dim and no longer serve any purpose. I imagine they will be completely out tonight. Save your money and look for a product with better reviews.***UPDATE: So, shortly after I wrote my initial review, the seller reached out to me and asked that I check the batteries for both the lighting system and the remote control. I did so, but the lights still did not work. I let the seller know who in turn promptly sent me a new set of lights. I had a lot going on at home so I was not able to install them right away. Yesterday, before I removed the old set, I thought I would recheck the battery on the remote control one last time. I must have inserted it incorrectly because after taking it out, reinstalling correctly, and testing it again, the lights worked! Through this process, I also realized the remote control has a dimmer, so I can make the lights as dim or bright as I need. I can now say I am completely satisfied with the product and would recommend to anyone looking for a good set of lighting.

These light strings are great for the price. They work fine and the different modes available from the remote are fun to play with, but Are essentially useless unless perhaps you’re using them around a sign or something and not for lighting.I bought them with the idea of hanging them along ceiling of a screen tent for some subtle lighting at night. However they’re just not quite bright enough, even at their brightest, for this purpose. (I bought the off white/amber color. Maybe clear would be slightly brighter.)Nothing wrong with them at all, and a good value. But just not enough light for my purpose.

UPDATE:Good Seller. Had issues with this specific item and Seller resolved quickly. Satisfied customer. Would buy from Seller again.This Model, Purple Lights, Doesn't work. Ordered, didn't work, so returned and Amazon sent another, same model, and that one didn't work. Now Amazon Won't allow me to return or get a Refund. Now I am Stuck with a Non Worker item that will go in garbage with NO REFUND.Money in the trash.Buyer Beware, If an item doesn't work, Do Not return and get a replacement. Just return and get a Refund.Other models work ok, But this specific one does not.

These lights have been running for over 37 hours on the solid on setting at full brightness with eneloop recharchable batteries. Still going strong, should be good for a multi night camping trip as long as you remember to turn them off during the day. Battery box o ring seems a little chincy and prone to falling out but otherwise construction seems solid.

We used these to wrap around the exit to our event so it was easy for guests to understand the flow of traffic. We bought a green set for the entrance. Listen, college students need their hands held sometimes, so this was our way of trying to signal to them to not try to enter through the exit and vice/versa.I like that the lights are in a tube and when uncoiling/recoiling they didn't get knotted up.

For me, the light given off is the right amount to set the evening mood on my high rise terrace. Sitting on the terrace with light Jazz or R & B playing, a cocktail or glass of wine, and the right amount of light sets up for a great evening with this product.

Good product. Worked great as Christmas lawn decoration. Only negative is they do not come with any type of instructions. Still trying to figure out the timer on the remote. I was a little surprised the rope tubing was a little frosted rather than clear, but still think they look great. Would buy again.

Lights are OK, but have seen better. Not too many lights are in the rope so doesn't shine very bright.

Use this wrapped around my balcony railing . Alot of different settings but not very bright . Great battery life.

We bought the multi-light set with 100 lights. Hubby was able to put these on the outside of our house without help, using normal cable clips (not included). The lights are very pretty but not very bright. We were hoping they would light the deck a bit more. The batteries seem to last well. We left them on one night (didn't realize they were on) and the batteries didn't die. There are no instructions for the remote; you have to figure them out by trial and error and we still haven't figured out the timer part.

The quality of these lights are decent. They have a soft rubber feel. The battery box feels well built and is water proof. The lights come with some mounting hardware, but it was not very useful. I ended up buying some adhesive hooks and zip ties to mount them on my balcony.I was very excited to test these out on my balcony, but was very disappointed by the brightness of the lights. They did not illuminate my balcony to my liking. I had bought similar lights last year from a different company and they were amazing, so I thought I was getting the same quality with these since they look and function the same.If you are looking for a lighting solution for an outdoor setting, these lights may not be the best option due to the reasons I have outlined.
