Faulty Product…
This product despite my efforts proved to be a complete waste of money. After replacing the intercom/ bell on two occasions it failed to work.Truplus we’re very responsive but failed to replace the faulty product as a replacement part. I tried purchasing the parts individually via EBay but they sent the wrong item. I sent both current and the new one purchased back from which they surmised that the Monitor was faulty and would need replacing. The product is now unavailable on Amazon…go figure!!! The monitor works fine with the old unit…just the bell does not ring.
