I’ve noticed a real improvement in my sleep and stress levels since taking this. It helps me wind down in the evenings and I feel more rested. I also think it supports my muscle recovery between gym sessions — I’m less sore and have more energy day to day. Excellent quality, especially for the price.

Wow!Lately, I have been having trouble sleeping coupled with anxiety due to peri-menopause so out of desperation researched as best as I could in the hopes of finding the elxir of supplements (that aren't sleeping pills) that would banish my terrible sleep and anxiety woes.I read that pure magnesium glycinate is THE one for better sleep and overall wellbeing. I narrowed it down to these magnesium pills which are also kind on stomachs - an extra bonus!I took 1 pill instead of two right before bed and it knocked me right out and that was day 1! I woke up to use the loo, returned to bed and drifted off easily which I can rarely do!I hope they never get discontinued. They are easy to swallow, safe, and effective. What more can I say?I have subscribed so I never run out!

I’ve not felt much benefit really. The capsules are huge too. Wish they were a bit smaller.I also had a bit of stomach upset with them but I believe this can happen with magnesium, even if it’s glycinate. I know the others are meant to be harsher. Also, the stomach upset was mild and did subside after getting used to them so don’t be put off by this.Overall, it’s a good quality product.

Reasonably priced, and I’ve definitely experienced better sleep. I appear to be dreaming more, which is a strange experience, but overall no other side effects, capsules are large but tasteless and easy to swallow. I guess the real benefit is that if I do wake up in the middle of the night… I can get back to sleep reasonably quickly. It’s not a knockout pill, but helps to tip me over the edge of tiredness I to sleep. Recommended.

Very happy to find a high quality UK supplier for this supplement. I usually have to buy via an American supplement company and they are regularly out of stock. This product is better as it is a high strength, gentle magnesium and really improves sleep and reduces muscle aches. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality UK magnesium glycinate supplement.

I have always struggled with sleep, even have 1 or 2 nights a week with no sleep, I suffer with restless legs of a night too. These are amazing, I have been taking these for a month now, only had one night that I didn't go straight to sleep. Definitely recommend these

It's cheap, and provides a good amount of elemental magnesium with nothing else and no frills which is what I wanted. I have lowered my star rating because I got a bit of a begging message asking me to review. This product isn't short of reviews, and I have enough going on in my life without getting messages from the seller specifically asking me to review a supplement so that was a bit of an annoyance. On top of that, in the message it made a big deal about being the cheapest on Amazon, and in the 2 or 3 weeks since then the price has gone up by another 35% so actually isn't that cheap anymore.I haven't specifically noticed any change to muscle fatigue or sleep since taking this, but if I stop taking it and things change I will update this review. For the price, it seems like a good choice.
