I had issues with Wi-Fi and other things and I reached out to support finally they reached out and said hey will give you a full refund which is a godsend because I didn't even think it would be an option. Considering I thought this back in December of 2024 and it's now August of 2025 so I greatly appreciate that they went above and beyond for that and I don't have to send it back!The reason why it's not getting a five-star is because I had to have several emails sent and not sure if there was a communication error but I have to eventually take the radio out of my car and replace it. I also want to make note that the one that I bought does not come with carplay so be double check all description.

I ordered this item for 2007 Camry Hybrid. The original power harness that was provided did not match the cars harness. Ease of installation. Look and feel great. Looking forward to CarPlay and excellent sound quality.
