I purchased this well over a year ago and so far so good. It was easy to put together and since I’ve had it for a while I can honestly say it works well as it does what it’s supposed to do- dry your hair. I love the 3 temperature settings and the fact that there’s a timer, it lets you set it and forget it allowing you to relax and enjoy your favorite book. I do wish the hood was a little deeper but overall I’d definitely recommend.

This is a nice simple hair dryer. The dryer itself does not tilt which I do not like but I knew this when I purchased it. It is quiet, heats up quickly, works well, and clients love it. Great air flow. It is lightweight, and a good value. This is also great for at home drying.

Although it delivered early the dryer came missing the “rubber hammer”. Also it was poorly made; the legs did not properly fit into the base and I had to stretch out the slots with a screw driver and press it down with my foot. Because it was poorly made one of the legs is uneven with the rest of the wheels resulting in one wheel being raised and not touching the ground; even after forcing the leg into the base. I’m pretty disappointed in the way that this came especially after seeing people say it is reliable and way to build. For the price it could’ve been made efficiently.

I agree with someone else that said when they use the dryer stand at full extension it's not as sturdy and leans forward a bit. Also, it's definitely noisier than our previous dryer and what I would prefer.

It’s great! Just use a regular kitchen type chair and it’s very comfortable. 3 levels of heat and a built in timer. There’s room for a head full of large rollers and it dries very damp hair (in rollers ) in about 15 minutes. Let your hair cool afterwards for about 15 minutes to 1/2 hrs. Awesome!

With curly hair that has to be air dried or dried with a diffuser, this hood dryer saves hours of dry time. It is comfortable to sit under and does a wonderful job of drying. I just sit and read or relax while my hair dries. Easy to wheel it into a closet when not in use. Excellent value for the money.
