One capsule gives me just the right amount of energy. It works rather quickly, with me feeling the effects within 30 mins or less. It wears off after about 3 or so hours which is why I take it in the mornings.

I drank coffee for years even though it upset my stomach. I’ve been drinking soda for a few years, but we know that’s not a good idea. I’m allergic to tea so I tried these out. My husband needed way too much espresso in a day to function in his work well, and there is a lot that comes along with consuming that much coffee including an unfriendly pricetag. This product completely replaced coffee for him and it is so much more affordable and convenient. No more having to make it to a coffee shop in-between work. It really is a more clearcaffeine experience too. There are no additional filler ingredients that he can't tolerate, unlike many other supplements.Our only cons is that 200 mg is a lot to start off on. At first it appeared to others as if it was something more than caffeine and there were a lot of questions. He would have to open the capsules and take half at a time until his tolerance built up. We ordered the 100 mg version after that, but it ended up adding rice and keeping the pill the same size. We would have preferred if the 100 mg version just decreased the size of the capsule and kept the purity since we are allergic to rice, the same as many other fillers. I make my own pre workout and use these pills as the energy base of the pre workout. I will use one or two based on the day. Love them! Super easy to digest and have helped my workouts tremendously

Good for workouts or if very tired and need to push through I wouldn’t take it casually or within 6-10 hours before sleep

If I'm feeling low on energy and don't want to drunk and energy drink I take one capsule and get a little boost without the anxious feeling you get from most energy drinks
