The media could not be loaded.  It’s to build a collection with this 4-pack of Disney Tsum Tsum. This collection has been taken out of retirement just for Disney 100, and there are two brand new ones for series three, Coca and Moana. You get a great value when you get the four pack. I didn’t see anything about the listing saying “five pack,” but it was probably changed before I bought this collection. I am looking forward to completing this set!

The box just had 4 packages, instead of 5. The description is incorrect. Very disappointed.

Good deal on hard to find tsums!

These are cute to look at. But not meant for younger kids. Also seem to be new like listed.

Although advertisements say 5 , with all the reviews I expected to only receive 4 which I did, however I received one character missing from the bag which was very upsetting, it may not seem like it’s that big of a deal to most but to a child w/ special needs its a huge deal.

Product as described. All different characters for each pack, no repeats. Happy camper here! This was a set of 4.

My son really got into Tsum Tsums this year. He really wanted some for his birthday. I really thought I scored with this 4 pack. I've never seen my kid go from so happy to so sad in the same minute. He was so excited to see he got 4 of them, but every single pack we opened was missing pieces. NONE of them had even one Tsum Tsum in it. Only the accessory. I didn't even know what to say or how to explain why the Tsum Tsums were not in there. Him crying made me want to cry. Tried to return or exchange and it didn't even give me the option. Pretty lost for words, and I'm really sad that my son was this upset on his birthday. :(

Figurines were cute but some had blemishes that could not be removed and spots where the paint has rubbed off

I was so happy to see this item, and at a good price. When I opened my package, there were only 4 blind packs, not 5.This seems to be case for other buyers as well.

Still a good value when you get 1 less then advertised

Little disappointed I only got 4/5 that was advertised but I ended up getting all the ones I didn't have yet.

Why are only 4 tsum tsums being shipped with this, when advertised 5?? Many people have stated this- but the advertisement has not been changed….. very sketchy
