It's a good smart band, good quality, and very comfortable to use. It's quite long though and somewhat overly stretchy. Could do with having more resistance.

After purchasing two traditional resistance bands with handles, my friend encouraged me to purchase this one. It is flat and does not roll while exercising. It stays in place. This is a game changer with my workouts. I highly recommend it.

Les Mills bands are excellent. Although this is a very basic piece of exercise gear, the execution is excellent. For a gym rat on vacation, this was a great way to keep toned. If you are reading this you probably know about the pros and cons of a resistance band. This is another instance where buying a quality product makes sense.

Well made band. Sometimes I find it hard to keep the handles even. Otherwise, I've been very happy with using it

Love it! I like the handles and especially the flat band, which won’t roll off your shoe like the round tube bands have a tendency to do.
