Pistachio Busiata Pasta, Spiral Pasta sounded scrumptious. I couldn't wait for it to arrive and planned the sauce and other ingredients. Then...Blah. It doesn't taste like anything. The percentage of pistachios is small, and the pasta is long. It's rather unwieldly, spindling downward in breakable spirals. I'm giving it to my parrots (who eat better than I do!) They like it just fine, so it gets a 3-star rating. However, I'm not going to buy it again.

I loved this pistachio pasta. Great flavor and great texture. I did use pistachio pesto on it. Pure heaven. My time in Sicily, Rome and Croatia made me fall in love with these flavors. I order all the time.

Highly, highly recommend… in my book, it’s far beyond other good pastas… Enjoy!

This pistachio Busiata spiral pasta cooked up to a plentiful serving that was more than enough for our family of 4 to enjoy nice heaping first servings with a good amount leftover for seconds (partially due to the addition of the mushrooms, tomatoes, red peppers, and shredded chicken added in). It was a delicious and filling meal which we'll absolutely be making again, and we'll definitely consider picking up this bag of pasta again since it worked so well.Preparation was your typical experience for pasta, no surprises, so I appreciated that. Good texture and very succulent, and the spirals on this pasta hold sauce quite well, so you're always going to get a nice bit of the sauce in every bite.We'll definitely pick up this bag of pasta again and it's a nice alternative to just using the typical name-brand options.

The pasta is great, rich in flavor. The packaging could be improved - the plastic bag is brittle and very thin, I dropped almost half the pasta on the floor when the bag broke open as I was lifting it up.
