Better than many others
My security company uses real-ptt installed on these radios.Someone complained about functionality issues, for us it was the opposite. We have spent 10k or more on many different radio solutions over the years so I’m pleased that we’ve been on this for a minute and have plenty of time left to go.We programmed the radios using total control pc app. We did NOT want our officers to be able to mess with settings in the field. With other touch screen devices, officers would accidentally log out or change settings that would basically brick the device until I could get there and re program it.I regret that others haven’t liked their purchase. But not to worry I’m actually planning to buy the remaining stock anyway. But for tech purposesWe use T-Mobile businessAnd real pttThe sos button is greatReall ptt video accounts allow us to livestream using the cameras on the deviceChange channels using knobsAll in all10/10It will require you to know what you’re doing, but so long as you’re even remotely tech savvy, don’t be afraid of these devices.UPDATE: APRIL 2024 - Still going strong. No complaints. Out of 20+ devices, I've had one with a malfunctioning speaker, I just added a speaker mic and kept it pushing. All is well.

Good with Zello
Picked this radio up despite some of the other reviews. If you’re looking for a radio to use on Zellow or Real PTT, this is a good unit. Documentation isn’t the greatest, but if you have a little bit of tech know how, it’s pretty easy to setup. One note about turning it on, it uses the volume knob, not the red power button on the face. Can load in up to 2 SIM cards and they actually work, unlike some of the other cheaper Zello radios. Very happy with this device.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely worst insctructions i have ever received. I have beofengs and other radios and this is the most useless thing I have ever wasted money on. The android interface is terrible. The screen is useless. Its useless without a sim card. The uhf vhf function doesnt work. And when you set a pinnsecurity code for the unit it locks and there are no instructions on how to unlock the unit.
