Having been a smoker for 25 years I moved to vapes around 7 years ago. Wanted to stop vaping. Decided to stop cold turkey 30/12/24 just using this ‘tube’.Used the tube occasionally over the following 10-14 days. Now not used a vape for 18 days or the tube for 4 days. Would highly recommend. It really helps stop that hand to mouth habit. For the sake of £6 it’s worth a try - that was my thinking and it worked.

Bought this as I plan to give up vaping. My partner has two and has been nicotine free for 6 months!Will power is obviously needed, but great item and love that I can wear it anywhere.

Good value for money as the quality of both the tube and necklace is great. Looks really stylish and middle bit spins for extra stimulation. Cute message on the card too!
