Does the job
It’s doing its job with out any issue, I had called the urban company technician for the installation and he mentioned this is cheap brand yet durable for 2 to 3 years, for now there are no issues - hoping the best

One of the worst product, experienced carpenter troubled himself installing this lock.Damaged my new door. Locking unlocking is very difficult and too hard.Always go with known brands, don’t think about style, discount when it comes to locks.

The lock could not use because all the 3 points are not going inside. As some parts cut to fit, I could not return to u. Lock and keys are there

bad product
Product is not satisfactory. Not easy to install. Not easy to operate on the door. Could not be returned since the carpenter delayed abnormal in fixing the lock on the door. Planning to replace by Godrej door locks. Money paid for 4 locks which I brought from Amazon, is total waste. Some products are to be purchased only at show rooms. Online purchase is not worth nor good quality and we cannot replace them.
