I had lipo on my back and bra roll. I needed additional garments so I could wash one garment while wearing the other. I like this one because the hooks have adjustable size and it is easy to put on. The size was right for my shape. It provides the right amount of compression for lipo. It has 2 boning strips on the back to add support and support for the girls. I liked it so much I bought 3.

Very good fabric and smooth quality. The compression around the arms is great and the tummy area is comfortable enough to breathe. It does not roll up from the bottom, especially for those with a big booty. I’m a 36DD and did not need a bra. Girls held up well and stayed perky. Overall, it’s a great fit and runs true to size, I wouldn’t size up.

I LOVE THIS! It fits perfectly. The material is smooth against my skin, it fits like a glove, and it is made with great quality. The medical one I purchased was uncomfortable and cut into my armpits causing a lot of pain. This one is absolutely perfect! I am definitely buying more and you should too!

For reference, I am 5’2.5”, 145 lbs, 34-36D chest and 4 weeks post stomach and arm lipo. I ordered a size S, but wish they offered an XS. As someone previously mentioned, arm compression and material quality feels great. However, the body of the garment does not offer enough compression for post-surgery support. It’s fine for now, but I’ll need to shop for something tighter with better compression in the next couple weeks. I’m more concerned about my arm compression over my stomach compression at this time. Additionally, the item I received was defective and had a hole in the chest area, so I had to request a replacement. Hopefully the replacement garment is fine.

Great compression. But sooooooo many clasps. I had arm and back lipo and wanted to buy extra compression options for recovery. The material is thick and feels like it will last. I could not imagine wearing this in the first few days because it would pull too much and take too much effort to put on and take off. It’s working out okay for my 2nd week+ where I just appreciate the extra support on my skin as I move around and get back into my normal routine I probably am a size 8 in women’s, 36D. medium fits fine. The amount of clasps necessary to close it is a terrible design flaw. The thickness of the material could cause overheating if you don’t have good AC in the summer or if you run hot. It doesn’t really breathe

Too small for the size and in the arms part is very small it feels like your arms are been suffocating, I'm usually Xl and I order 2xl for extra comfort but it feels like medium or small size. I need to return it.

I used this garment for post liposuction on my arms and axillary areas. It provided an appropriate amount of compression and was comfortable enough to make me crazy over the 30 day I had to wear it. (I bought 3) I also purchased a couple of the $125 Marena ones like this but they are a bit like a crop top and I hated them. I hate that I wasted the money on the "medical" version of this garment when this one worked so well. It was also easy to wash on cold on the gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Highly recommend. I wear a 38C bra and purchased 2 of the 2xl size and one of the xl ones. That worked perfectly for my needs. I wore the tightest one directly after surgery and then would sleep in the larger one while washing the smaller one. In the end I just wore the 2xl one all of the time and I was comfortable. Save your money and don't pay more for the fancy medical version sold by Marena. This is better.

Very good fit but very poor quality. After using it only twice, it broke. Very disappointing.
