Having done my back in several months ago I needed some kind of support when I went back to work. After looking at hundreds of designs and styles I finally settled on this one, and it’s great!The support it gives is perfect for lower-back/lumbar injuries (as mine was), it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours on end though it does make you sweat in hot weather (but what doesn’t!). It’s easy to put on with the cummerbund having a decent amount of velcro, so if you’ve got a belly you’ll be fine, and it won’t slip thanks to the non-slip strips on the inside. The elastic straps to adjust the tightness are easy to adjust to what’s comfortable for you. The supports at the back are comfortable enough when you’ve figured out WHERE you want it to sit which can take some time at first-it’s going to feel strange for a while! It fits under clothes well and doesn’t show unless your tshirt is fairly tight, though you may need to adjust how tight your belt is. Sitting down it may push up a bit, but that’s bearable.Working in an airport the fact that all the parts are plastic is a definite bonus, so for travelling I can definitely recommend it.Overall i’m very impressed with both the design, comfort and value for money. One word of warning-if your wife is anything like mine be prepared for her to start calling it your “corset” 🤣

I am in my 60s and been gardening all my life professionally and have the bad back to prove it.This item arrived today so I have not worn it for long but the pain relief came quickly and I have only given it a 4 * rating for now until I have worn it more and I feel more confident about it.My thoughts though are that it is extremely well made and very strong. It supports a large area of the back as opposed to my other belts which are not as wide and cheaper.One big difference between this one and my other belts other than the width is that my others have the single main strap that fastens at the front but also just have a single strap at both the right and left sides. The extra straps on this one pulls it in from 4 points on each side and it makes a huge difference in the support it gives and makes it very comfortable to wear.I will come back in about a week and edit the 4* star rating either up or down when I have worn it more.EDIT.I have used this for a week now and it has been incredible. I felt a benefit from the moment I first wore it and have been pain free with it on since. It is extremely comfortable as well despite wearing it for over 8 hours a day.Thank you Fitomo.

On the picture before purchase, it looks like the strengthener for the spine is a seperate piece. This is not the case, it is part of the belt but still gives good support.UPS was supposed to deliver on 1.7.24, we actually received the belt on 4.7.24 due to1. It was loaded onto the wrong delivery van2. I rang England and requested that it not be delivered on the 4th July due to hospital appointments, they said they would message Spain with this information so it was delivered on the 4th July, the day we told them not to deliver (luckily we were home due to a break in appointments)

Product is as described. It is fairly comfortable to wear and definitely eased my back pain.

I’ve always suffered with upper back pain. Well over the last few months this has become lower back pain as well but to the point I can barely move off the sofa. I use this all the time now and it’s been shockingly good. My back obviously needs that support and this thing fits perfectly.. ok it digs in abit if it’s too tight and wearing it for too long can be uncomfortable but it really depends on how tight you wear it. It’s worked for me.. and nothing for my back pain ever has so I’m just waiting for my back to decide that this isn’t cutting the mustard anymore lol

I wasn't sure about this having tried several others but I was pleasantly surprised! It has helped my back pain to the extent that I can be almost pain free for long enough to complete some housework, shopping or even some ironing. I just pop it on for about half an hour to make sure it is in the correct position before I continue with my day.

No recent purchase of a back brace to compare, however common sense tells me although reasonably made or put together, the quality of the materials are not premium. Gives sufficient support but begins to get looser as you wear it. Adjustments are possible of course. If you are looking for something more immobilising then this belt might be it. Being slightly more expensive than average I expected an above average product, it's average as you might expect from an average price product.
