Its a comfortable powder for body use, but for chafing 'down under' it gave me a rash. Four days after not using, the rash has ceased. It is a less expensive option to try and I do suggest you try it first. If like me, it doesn't work for you, then I would highly recommend Happy Nuts power and cream.
