Not the best spray pattern but a lot for the price
The media could not be loaded. Not the best spray pattern but a lot for the priceThe pressure control with digital read out is worth the purchase alone. I had to replace the battery first thing but not much problem in doing so. It's easy to change reading format and can be shut of once your happy with the pressure level. I set the head pressure to 80lbs and adjusted the box to 43lbs for an initial test and found some hour glass fan patters so went down to 30lbs and that helped. I used water on cardboard so as not to damage anything and clean up wasn't needed. It's a great medium for practice. The cardboard dries fast in the sun so I got to make several passes and there was no waste. The gun's 3 controls work well. the spray head pattern is not dead center, however, I have only penny money invested. The three bad points are: 1. the lid needs a rap of scotch tape to thicken the lid diameter to stay, otherwise it will fall off. 2. The two finger trigger is not long enough for my first two fingers even thought I'm a medium size guy and I feel the hard tip below my middle finger after a few minutes of spraying. 3. The hook is hidden behind the cup and I think it should be in front of the cup and turned in the opposite direction. I had to rest the gun on the trigger needle when stopping to reload the cup. None of the above is a deal killer but you will not have to find these things out for your self if you choose to purchase this little gem. Come warmer weather, I'll be painting some steel cabinets and report any issues. I give it 5 stars so far.

Paints well, air regulator didn't work
I had been looking for a spray gun, so when this popped up I decided to try it out. The addition of the digital air regulator was an enticing feature, unfortunately it didn't work. The gun itself is great, lays a nice coat of paint with even coverage. As I said, the air regulator didn't work out of the box, and even switching batteries it remained lifeless. As I had attached it to the spray gun, I did try to utilize the pressure control from the air regulator, and it also did not function well. It's wide open pressure wise, unless you close it almost all the way. In the end I needed to adjust airflow from my compressor.

Great quality
I was surprised at how good this was for the price. All the parts are really good quality and feel very sturdy. It included all the small parts, top paint loader, manual and even a digital pressure display all for under $40. This may become my daily driver especially since I can afford another one to alternate colors without long down time.

Sprayer just okay. Digital monitor didn't work
I was excited about getting this paint sprayer and have been wanting one for awhile. Unfortunately, the digital monitor gave me some problems and never really worked right in the end. When you remove the cover, it seems to work well, but when you put the cover back on, it presses to hard on the on/reset button and everything shuts off. The sprayer itself works fine but it does require using a thinner liquid paint.

Perfect for my DIY snow making machine
I live in a state that rarely gets snow, even though we get plenty of freezing cold days. Down here, we get rain during the day, then freezing at night, but no snow. My plan is to make my own snow at night, when temperatures fall low enough. I looked into the science behind snow makers, and it turns out it is nearly identical to the technology in these paint sprayers. Basically, you need a nozzle that can produce an atomized air/water mist, with adjustable flow rate for the water and the air. All I need to do is replace the paint hopper with an adjustable flow water suppy, and this is a ready made snow maker. The outside air temperature needed for instant snow is anything below 27F. You also want a long air hose so the air has time to cool to ambient before reaching the nozzle. I'm using a 100ft air hose on my setup. The final expansion of air, at the spray nozzle, will drop the temperature even lower than ambient, and the result should be instant snow. Enjoy.

Impressive.
I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed so far.I've been an automotive painter for many years. With that said, I own many high-end and very expensive spray guns. I decided to use this for some small detail and touch up jobs.Right out of the box it has a great feel to it. It feels very sturdy. All the components seem to be made of decent quality. Not to mention, it comes with a digital pressure gauge, which is very nice.I've done some test sprays with it using solvent based urethanes and even with this being a "cheap" spray gun, if you know to properly set your gun, it will give very nice results.I feel it will work perfectly for the small jobs that I intend to use it for. I will continue using it and update if there are any issues down the road, but so far, so good.

Used this to do some touchups on a frame I'm working on... Worked well
The Spray gun worked well, laid down a nice flat coat of paint without too much extra effort. The digital regulator did well at maintaining the 28PSI I was shooting with.... Just make sure to clean this gun very thoroughly before first use... Would definitely keep one of these around for smaller jobs
