I just put this thing together today and it's going to be great for my distance work. The chair packed was 75 lbs and this thing is built solid. Very happy so far. Update: It's been 2 months that I have had this chair....my favorite chair ever!

Chair is extremely well built and heavy . Too heavy for a man and wife to assemble . I am usually handy with tools and assembling things , but this requires too much manipulating for two people to handle . I have been at it for about 3 hours and still not done . I can't figure how to get the Piston to go into the receiver of the chair . I will have to wait for a strong friend to stop by to help. Also the instructions are not bad but very basic. The instructions show bolt sizes in mm . Bolt pack shows inches .no instructions showing what the numatic controls do.all and all though I think once I get it together though, it's going to be the nicest and most comfortable desk chair ever. Very well built.

My old chair was rated for 400lbs, so I went with this one rated for 500lbs and it's a lot more comfortable and cushiony. Make sure you loosen the reclining tension knob under the seat all the way until it stops. The chair ships with the knob fully tightened and the chair is stiff and does not recline back until it's loosened.

This is it. With back and hip issues, this chair is comfy! It reclines enough to keep me from sitting in pain and crying at the end of day. Highly recommend.

UPDATE !!!!!!!! Ok its been a little over a month and its now like sitting on a a plywood board its lost all its fading or springs have lost support !! Not happy with it now at all !!!!!

I am 6ft2, and this chair seems smaller than my previous chair. If you are shorter than 5ft4 this chair is perfect for you.

This chair sturdy and holds up well. My dad couldn't lay down so he sat in the chair 24 hours a day for over 6 months.he weighed 230 lbs. Did not break down chair at all and is still very comfortable.

My sister purchased this chair as an early Christmas present and let me tell you, this is the most comfortable and sturdy office chair I’ve ever sat in. I’ve been in an office environment for more than 30 yrs and have never had this type of comfort. I’m only giving 4 stars because I need to see if I’m still loving it in 6 mos.
