The UltraCruz Goat Copper Bolus is an excellent supplement for maintaining healthy goats. While some recommend using a bolus gun, I take a simpler approach, empty the capsule, mix the copper bits into a banana mash, form it into a small ball, and feed it as a treat. My goats love it, and I’ve seen noticeable health benefits from supplementing with copper. Plus, it’s very economical since you only need to administer it about twice a year. Highly recommend for any goat owner looking for an easy and effective way to support their herd!

We give copper bolus supplements a couple times a year because we are on well water so we give copper twice a year and we have seen the difference in the goats coats and they go from "fish tail" to full so it takes time to notice, but it does work for our goats

Great value, tough enough for those goats that resist getting a bolus

I'm a goat newbie and was worried about how to give these bolueses. (Boli? Bolies?) Anyway, you can easily separate the casing on the pills, measure out how much actual copper each animal needs, and hide it in grain or a banana or some other fruit that you know your goat will eat! Down the hatch they go, no balling gun needed! Google the banana trick, there's info out there including dosage and such. I hope this helps with one of my animals' carpal hyperextension. :(
