I noticed that many reviewers had trouble with this product. However, in my hands it works as described. It is fiddly, the on/off controls are small and the pin location in the charger is difficult to locate but once mastered it charges and works well as a hearing aid. Yes, it lacks control via an iphone app, having only a manual volume control but at this price it represents very good value.

Rubbish. Itchy and irritating to wear.The charger stays on green and doesn’t appear to charge the units, beyond the first initial charge. The charger’s weird design, means it can only be charged flat and plugged into a PC.Units sound tinny when they do work and the wires connection was easily broken, despite careful normal use.Save your money!

I have been diagnosed with high frequency hearing loss (60dba to 80dba in range 4kHz to 8kHz) - as part of my research I purchased these aids to see if I could get used to wear hearing aids. Important to note that the frequency range of these aid is 400Hz to 4.2kHz - so if this was stated I probably would not have purchased them! This might explain so difference in peoples experiences with these hearing aid if their deafness is in specific frequency ranges. However, I am pleased I did buy them, the improvement in hearing is excellent and very surprising! Even on the lowest volume setting I am hearing with a clarity that I can't remember when I last heard like it :-)There is a low level background hiss/white noise but this soon becomes background noise - and is a pleasant replacement to my 8kHz tinnitus.There is a good range of ear piece sizes to ensure a good fit - important to avoid feedback squeal. The power supply has a European plug, so will need an adaptor. But the USB port plugs directly into my computer and can charge from there.I have hearing better that I can ever remember, they are comfortable, good value for money. I will wear them for a while, but I expect to go and get a medically prescribed hi-tech pair fitted for my specific hearing loss as the experience of these is great.

This wou;d have been a 5* review except for the fact that one of the aids was faulty The second aid was brilliant for the time I had it; I would have preferred to only return the one and had a replacement sent for the faulty other.The second ear aid was superb but I had to return both. Please let me re-buy a working version in both ears and then I can return my ones to Specsavers who charged £895 for the same privilege. I can fit the right Specsavers aid but not the left. I can fit both of these with no problem

Nice and compact, sadly didn't eliminate tinitus but did highly improve quality and clarity of hearing, can now make out the mumbled dialogue of many modern movies, powerful even on very low volume setting, not had to recharge from first use even after three days, mostly use in the evenings hence possible longevity. Slightly uncomfortable but then I wearglassess which is a minor hinderence. Over all very happy 😊

Only one amplifier is working correctly keeps switching on and off very annoying and not very good quality

These make hearing so much easier, comfy to wear, for the price do the job perfect.

Why go to the bother if your not going to check the product before you package it. Neither worked, one had a high pitched scream,the other was as dead as a door nail. Nice box, nice accessories ,nice looking, totally useless ! Returned same day...
