Great litter
Very “clean” it took the cat a while to get used to this litter which is very different to what she was used to. There is no smell, it clumps very well and lasts up to a month. You can remove urine etc.. quite easily. It does track a bit but I solved that by using a litter mat which I shake outside once a week. It is very lightweight and I think value for money for me as it is long lasting. Arrived in perfect condition.

Good cat litter
This is the best cat litter I have used. Perhaps a little more expensive but it does work well. Reduced odour and clumps making removal easier. Tracks a little, but so do other litters. Easily solved with a large mat underneath tray. Bought one bag to try, just had 4 more delivered.

Cats love this but it tracks EVERYWHERE
This is a great litter. My fussy cats like it, it is really absorbent, a breeze to clean up (easy clumps) and does a fabulous job at removing unpleasanr smells (I find the vanilla scent very pleasant). It also lasts an age BUT it tracks everywhere. If your cat digs a lot, it will find its way out even from a deep-sided litter tray. If your cat has semi or long-hair, it will find its way out on paws and tails. It's easy to pick up afterwards but it is NOT a non-tracking litter so have reluctantly had to remove a star.

Excellent product
Item arrived promptly and well packaged. PS: driver left box outside front door and left note on Amazon saying “ handed to resident” which is misleading. I was home but only realised order was delivered when I check the status on my Amazon not because I heard a knock on my door. I understand drivers are super busy and often in a rush but if item had been taken from my front door I would have had no recourse. This item is not cheap nor small so easily spotted.Anyways, rant over and on to actual product: light and smells of vanilla which I was pleasantly surprised by. I have four cats but only the youngest, Peanuts, stays in and uses a tray regularly; my Mildred is an occasional user ( busy body really as she likes to rearrange litter but does her business outside). This is a first time buy as I only recently found out about tofu litter. After some research I decided to ditch Catsan and give this a go based on the advertised benefits: absorption/ less pungent after use and much healthier for both cats and owner, mainly due to fact that there’s no powdery mist coming out of it ( unlike clay based litter. Plus it can be flushed in the loo. Living in a flat the idea of less smelly litter tray is a mega plus.So far so good, Peanuts was highly interested in walking over it and sniffing it. I haven’t completely got rid of my old litter tray and litter yet for practical reasons so he has been using both ( hasn’t pooped in the tofu yet). He did use this litter to pee and it was barely visible but boy when I scooped it out it was a big lump that I put straight into the toilet to flush. So, so far it’s absorbant and easily dissolved. I’m pleased😌. Only time will tell if it’s worth the price ( tofu litter is supposed to be longer lasting). Once I completely remove the other tray I will be able to comment in more details but I’m glad I purchased.UPDATE 1: it is really worth buying. I just ordered more so I don’t run out but I have only just opened the second bag. No smell, last long and so easy to flush down the toilet. Also barely bits flying off onto the floor. My quest for litter is finally over! I highly recommend. Worth the price.Ps: I am also using a stainless still litter tray which is supposed to help with smell. But the litter is a big contributor in the lack of ‘public toilet’ smell in my flat!UPDATE 2: still loving it and my cat also took to it very well. Still no smell and I love the fact I can just flush it into the toilet!

Now my go to litter!
Choosing the right cat litter is truly a trial and error process in finding what suits your cat and their toilet habits. This has been the best litter for my 14 year old home cat and for me! It clumps well and so easy to scoop and chuck away. It actually has a lovely smell maybe I’m crazy but it smells like vanilla even after she’s done her business in it, it makes it so much more pleasant for me while cleaning it out. My cat has a funny habit where she specifically prefers to pee near the entrance of the litter box so when she leaves there is a little tracking but I’m talking less than 10 little pieces at most and because this litter has the shape and length it does, it’s just so easy to spot, collect and chuck. Don’t have to get my dust pan and brush out everytime! It’s not dusty at all which I like for my cat and it also doesn’t stick like concrete to the scooper which I hate with other litters! Overall, highly recommend and this is now my go to - and I have tried everything! The corn litter, the wood pellets, the recycled paper litter, the tiny grain litter that clumps but tracks like crazy to the point I find little pieces in my bed and feel it scratching me all night! This is the best litter for sure! Highly recommend! Give it a try.

Less tracking, nice smell and stays fresh
Having recently adopted a pair of kittens we initially tried clumping clay litter but found it made such a mess. It was getting stuck in their paws and we were finding it all over the flat in every room. Also the dust was ridiculous! We have KatKin a go, a little apprehensive whether the cats would use it having not been used to it but they transitioned to it without any problems at all. The KatKin has a distinct smell which seems to be a bit love/hate, it’s a kind of sweet smell which I actually quite like. It stays smelling fresh, clumps nicely so is easy to clean out the tray and best of all, whilst there is a minimal amount of tracking, the stuff doesn’t end up all around the flat. There is also very little dust and it’s bio-degradable. Have subscribed to save on here and will continue to use so long as they don’t hike the prices!

Game changer!!!
Best litter I have used in 45 years, I have used many different litters over the years the last several I have found wood based the best until now.My indoor cat took to the Katkin litter without an issues, I was sceptical it wouldn't last a month but it will.Hardly any tracking, no urine smell and so easy to remove waste.I do scoop after every visit and my cat is fed on Katkin food so his poo doesn't stink the house out and his visits for a poo are less.Yes it's more expense than my previous litter but it's worth it in my opinion and Solo prefers it too.
