These don’t have oats which with protein bars is hard to avoid. The taste is wonderful. I travel with them and they hold up well in my carry on.

Very flavorful and doesn’t tast like any other bar that I have tried.

It’s a big ask when you name a product churro. You are putting it up against a cultural icon. Did it taste like a churro? Absolutely not. The flavor was ok, however, with the typical texture that is common to protein bars. Had they been called cinnamon twist, I may not have had the expectation I went into this with. How I wish I could see/hear the group that named this flavor. Ten to one bet, there was not a hispanic voice amongst them. Rebrand this flavor expectation.

The packaging and description of this product was impressive, which made it all the more disappointing to taste these bars, which were gummy and rather tasteless

My 10 year old and I have been hiking 2-4 miles daily and I need something high in protein to sustain him through our hikes. However he is really picky and has only liked a handful of the protein bar's I've given him. He loves churro's so I thought I'd give this one a shot.When I saw that this was churro flavored with pictures of crispy crunchy churros all over the box my expectations were set. When I opened this it looked like any other protein bar. The cinnamon taste does come through but they could have called this a horchata bar and I would have been like oh yeah I can taste that. While the taste is just cinnamon, it's really the texture that gives you that sense of biting into a churro. Each bite comes with little crunchy bits adding a huge textural component to this bar.So did my picky 10 year old like these bars? He loved them. He actually asked if he could have this for his breakfast everyday. For me on the other hand, I thought they were okay. I thought the taste was similar to other protein bars out there but found what I liked most about this bar was really the texture.
