You get breakouts when you start but I’ve been using it every morning & night for nearly 3 weeks & my skin is getting so much better. It’s soft & mostly spot free. Fabulous product.

Wasn't sure what to expect but this stuff is amazing. It's quite thick so you don't need a lot, just rub it into your dry face, with or without makeup on and it removes it all. It doesn't sting your eyes, it didn't mine so hopefully it won't yours. Skin feels nice and clean afterwards. Good for sensitive skin as well. There is a cloth supplied to wipe the balm off your face. I will definitely be buying more, love it

This is very gentle on my sensitive skin. It is a large pot for the money and a little goes along way. I use thjs as the first part of a 2 cleanse, with a warm moist cloth to take it off before using Simple, or similar brand to wash the face. Pleased with it.

I’m really enjoying this cleanser alongside the night cream. I really enjoy washing my face at night, it feels really luxurious. Then the moisturiser is just right and doesn’t leave my skin greasy at all. My skin has been terrible for years and in the last few months of using this there is a very noticeable difference not only to myself but others too!

The texture is like a cream and it does not remove make up.
