This is my all time favorite medicine! Usobg since my young age and still fev in the family which always stays in our home medicine box or travel medicine pack. This helps to immediately feel better if I feel bloated or gasy. For me it always worked as a good option for helping with digestion when I need support in digestion after a heavy meal or food!

I was recommended Pudin Hara by a friend and I am now recommending it to mine! A definite go to if I've eaten too much. Also a little amusing to burp mint.....

It seems very hard substance on it. Not the same as I was used to have it before . A bit hard and not give you a quick relief from gastrointestinal issues. Just fine not so great to recommend. Individual interest .
