So much more comfortable than the tiny ones that came with my Medela PIS. I’m currently a 34/36G+ and these fit me much better which makes pumping so much more comfortable. Ordering more!

Such a difference between using this and a normal silicone insert. Much more confidante comfortable and effective.

These flanges work great with the Medela. The only issue I have with it is that the flange is much longer than necessary and makes the pumping a bit awkward.

They fit so nicely and feel better than the standard flanges using a sized insert. Definitely recommend, my lactation consultant recommended these and I couldn’t be happier with them.

Before I found these, I mostly wanted to give up pumping. I have incredibly large broad breasts with semi-flat and highly elastic nipples. These are comfortable and fit properly.Edit to day that everything below size 19 is different. The inner parts are smaller so the outer parts still fit the connectors. However, they tunnel down, so it's so tight at the tip of the nipple, and they do r run the full length. So, milk splashes back up in the gap and once the nipples are stretched, they are longer than the inner part - which totally defeats the purpose of the longer tunnels.

Good quality, fits my harmony modela pump, just not for me. I didn't like the way it fit and suction wasn't great but I think I didn't get the right size so that's my bad
