Good for intervals
You definitely need to play around with various heights as there are no clear instructions for how to angle for different heights. I alternate this and a standard chair when I find myself slouching and it’s a great break for my back. It does make my shins and tailbone sore after a long sit in it.

Came with defective piece
Came with defective part. Sent message to seller about replacing that part and heard back several days later. Decided to return anyway. Not supportive seating.

Didn't Turn Out Well
I thought this chair would help my back but after months of use it wreaked havoc on the tendons around my knees and shins. It also left me with a bruised tailbone. I wish it turned out better.

Buy something else
Ok in the pic it looks real cushy right ?Well the foam they use bottoms out immediately. I am 5'11" 195 lbsIt KILLS my shins. I can only sit on it like 15 minutes. I have had many of these chairs in the past.Skip this one. I'd return it if I didn't have to break it down and rebox it and go through all that nonsense.2 stars because, well it's easy to assemble and if you weigh 100lbs, I guess it's okAlso, it's BAD in the heat.

Love it!
Love my kneeling chair! Encourages me to sit up straight, doesn't hurt as much to hunch over work all day, easy to roll around wherever I need to be in the room, and encourages me to get up and walk around. All good all around!
