These are good for building projects and rails for camera equipment. The slots allow for different nut sizes and can be adapted to ready-made brackets.

This stuff is the bomb, instead of screwing around you can just get it done. The various fasteners and backets let you put together a super-strong structure with minimal effort. You really need a circular saw with and aluminum blade if you want nice, sharp work. But a hacksaw will do nicely. Great for cabinets, but the range of application is awesome.
