Very light weight and comfortable
The fabric on these pants feels nice and is lightweight, if you want or need to wear long pants in warmer weather. I love the pattern I chose, and I love the way they fit. They are called hippie harem pants, but I don't see anything "hippie" about them. They look dressy, even though they are casual. They'd also be easy to hand wash while traveling, and they would dry quickly.

Very comfortable
I started wearing these pants when the pandemic started. Working from home I needed comfortable clothes. These did the trick. These Joop Joops are WONDERFUL! I am 63, 5'0" and 165 (yeah, damn pandemic) and the XL fit great. The fabric is 100% rayon. It feels light, airy, and wonderful. Great on my skin. I hand wash, hang dry & they come out fantastic. They dry fast on my clothesline in the summer and clothes rack in the winter. Cool in the summer heat. Elastic high waist and elastic at ankles. The elastic waistline hides a ton of sins. One pocket on right leg. Size chart is reliable. They are not stretchy in any way, but after wearing them for a while, they do stretch out. I see many reviews say that they are see through...I do not find that. But I order the multi-colored ones. I would think the white ones would be more see-through then the colored one. IMHO These pants are made ethically in Thailand under strict Fair Trade regulations.I ordered the turquoise & the pattern is gorgeous but it is not really turquoise … more of a teal, still a beautiful color. I also got the white sand one + 2 others. I wear with a tank top and because I still work from home, I wear these year round. I have order these in the past and will continue to order them.

Comfortable and attractive
They look exactly as pictured. They run large though. I gained some weight so I need a size 4 instead of a 2 so I ordered the small. They are big on me. I haven't washed them and wondering if I put them in the dryer instead of lying flat to dry as instructed will they shrink a little. This is risky of course. But they a quite comfortable and the color's are vivid and attractive. So other than the size, I'd say yes to promoting them.

Great pants for summer
These pants are super comfortable and look awesome. I feel the quality is good I have not washed them yet but washing instructions say they need to be hand washed, line dry so hopefully they will be fine. I wouldn’t normally like something that has to be hand washed but they’re so lightweight that I don’t see that as an issue. I got the small-medium and didn’t think they would fit but they do. For reference I am 150 lbs and 5’6”. I am going to purchase another color.

Not great quality.
Cute pattern but pretty sheer. If the pattern was not positioned just right you could see right through. They look softer than they feel. Hopefully they soften after washing if they don’t fall apart in the wash.

So amazing!
These are PERFECT for hanging around the house! I got both sizes, Amazon recommended the smaller size, but the bigger size is more comfortable! Like, significantly more comfortable! I am 6’5” and 133 lbs and a size 4 typically so it’s a little weird that the L/XL fit so much better, but they did. The S/M still fit but the elastic felt more noticeable. So I’m glad I got both sizes to try out.

STOP COMPLAINING! THESE ARE FABULOUS & GORGEOUS! Just Reinforce the seams ahead of time IF you want.
Geesh, SO many gals complaining about the sizing and seams coming open and being upset on a 15. pair of pants? I carefully read the size charts; I carefully read tons of reviews. I ordered from 4 different vendors. These Joop Joops are WONDERFUL; these and one other vendors have come in so far and both have the kind of seams that have overlooping on the edges, so that's good! It seems that for 15., no tax and free shipping people are comparing these to pants that cost a whole LOT more manufactured elsewhere. What the heck? Then consider these "throw a way" pants for this price! If they last a year I'd say that's a fair exchange. The vendor and the people who make these pants have to make living and SOME kind of profit too, right? For me, I am grateful to be able to buy such nice clothing at such a great price. Thank you Thailand. Being a senior on a tight fixed income, this is like peanut butter on white. No schlepping to the mall, no parking woes, no exhaustion, just sit at the computer and buy some clothes from the source; cut out all the middlemen who just add more and more to the cost of clothing. Another topic.Anyway, I'm 5'2" and 160 (yeah, gained 40 recently) and they fit me great. The shirring at the waistline on XL is perfect (btw, my waist is 37" if that help); it hides a ton of sins. The legs are too long; so what, they always are when you're this short. I just take them up. The feel of the fabric is light and airy and wonderful; like silk. It's not shiny like silk, but if it were cotton it would be called "lawn". It feels good on my skin. I ordered the light green & the pattern is gorgeous. I also got the bright blue one too. I'm going to run over the seams with my sew machine, only going to wash on gentle, and NEVER put in dryer. They'll dry fast just hanging up. I wear with a tank top and because I live in Hawaii I can use these year round. Anyway, this rayon is not the heavy kind that causes you to sweat, btw. It's a very very lightweight fabric and perfect for tropical locations. I bought the Joops Joops because I was attracted to their statement that the pants were tapered. I'm waiting for others to arrive. As more of their patterns become available in XL I will buy them.

I really wanted to like them, but.....
I really wanted to like them, but they are not for me. They did come very wrinkled. Since these are for a trip, I wasn't sure how they would be after being in my suitcase all folded up. What I do like about them is they are very soft and for the most part, I did think they were flattering when I had them on (ignoring how wrinkled they were). The only thing I didn't like was when I sat down, the leg bottoms went up, as all pant legs do, and because of the elastic, they stayed up! Maybe I have fat ankles/calves? :-( I must admit, I did think about keeping them, but considering what I wanted them for, is the reason I am returning them.

Love them
I modified these by taking a seam ripper and snipped a couple of stitches to remove the elastic from around the ankle as I prefer a straight leg. I pressed them on silk setting and pressed a seam down the front of the legs - I paired with a sash belt, and a long crop tank. Now I love them. They flow nicely are airy and great for summer. I am 5’6 and 160lbs. I could actually have sized down to the small/medium as I find these have a lot of material. As for durability I’m not sure yet but I will wash them on delicate and in a mesh bag. Hope this helps.

Do not buy!
I spent $100.00 on three pairs of these pants...different patterns all of them had shockingly thin fabric. I ordered an X large. 1 pair so small I couldn't pull up... 1 pair tight but wearable but ripped in crouch after three wears... and the last pair fit lovely very comfortable but I'm worried they won't last long... I'm very disappointed and will not recommended to anyone.😧

Muy cortos
Estos pantalones son muy cómodos pero más cortos que nunca. He comprado muchos pantalones de Joob Joob Y puedo decir sin hesitar que estos son los más cortos. Yo soy muy bajita también.
