Great product, actually works
This stuff works. My husband took it for about a month and we became pregnant. The company third party tests their products for contaminants such as heavy metals so we feel really good about consuming these supplements. Effectiveness: Very effective Feel good: third party tested and reputable company

Take with a multi vitamin
Easy to swallow taking with multi vitamin. Bought for getting women pregnant as I am a free sperm donor and meet women to make them pregnant. So far my sperm is thick in consistency and volume is better than average.

Surprisingly Effective?
I won't lie, I thought this was a bit of a gimmick, something to sell to women desperate to have more control when struggling to conceive. Still, I was one of those women, so I bought it. I didn't use it for several months because, again, I didn't really believe it would do anything. After several months of trying with no success, I finally did use it. I was able to test positive at 8dpo (yes ovulation was tracked), and I went from an HCG of 27 on 3w1d to 236 on 3w5d. Absolutely insane. Can I guarantee it was due to this supplement? No. It just so happened I took it during the month we got the timing the best and I knew for a fact I ovulated from my right side (left is bad for it due to endometriosis). However, it is pretty interesting that we got such a blatant positive so early the one month I took this, so I'll give 5 stars just in case. It also helps that, unlike other supplements I've taken, this one doesn't smell terrible! We take the wins we can get.

Would recommend
After about 7 months of not being able to conceive, me and my husband took this for two months and then conceived. Whether it was due to this or not, nobody will ever know but it’s 100% worth a try!

Don’t Purchase!
I started taking these vitamins on July 6th. I had a normal menstrual cycle in June, but I have not had one since. I’ve taken six pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I’m also experiencing lower back pain in the mornings, which only eases after taking Tylenol and applying heat. These are new symptoms for me. For as long as I’ve known myself, my periods have never been late, except when I was pregnant five years ago. I am very displeased with this product, as this is the only change I’ve made in the past month. I finished the full month’s supply in August, and I still haven’t had a cycle. Where is my period?

Not great for those with autoimmune disorders
I loved these until I realized it was causing daily hives and itchiness on my face. Apparently ashwagandha can trigger autoimmune flare ups since it boosts your immune system, and I learned the hard way. I would love if this was available with only coq10, unfortunately I had to switch to a different brand.

Worth a shot
If you are just trying to get pregnant then try this since the ingredients are great and it’s gentle on the stomach. On the other hand it’s not a magic pill and if you’ve been trying for a long time and are hoping for this to work then I’d suggest skipping it and going to a dr asap. That’s what I did and I’m finding out that all the supplements in the world wouldn’t help and I needed extra help. With that being said, they’re easy to swallow but pricey. I’ve read it takes 3 months to see a change in your eggs so keep this in mind.
