The padded cover is excellent and fits perfectly. It is much thicker, high quality, and fits better than the original.

Singer does not sell any replacement pads for the steam press. So I was out searching around and came across this one. Was a little nervous when I was placing it on my steam press. Felt a little small. But after a little adjustments it fits just fine on my singer steam press.The pad feels thick, seems well constructed. It has Velcro straps on the bottom to aid in the perfect fit, as well as a cord to adjust the overall fit. It is one piece construction which does help avoid creases while you iron. If you own a singer steam press I’d recommend giving this one a try.

This replacement is by far much better quality than the original. This presser is the workhorse of my sewing room and I am very happy with this item!

Works to fit your Singer steam press. The material has a grippy feel to it compared to the cover that came with the steam press. The grippiness helps clothes from sliding off and makes it a little easier to handle your garments while pressing them. So far it hasn't had any scorch marks form unlike the stock cover that came with my machine. It will even fit the small college dorm-size ironing boards too. Recommended.
