Perfect and looks very expensive. So comfortable and looks excellent value for money. Will need to see how the leather wears so early days yet.

So I didn't get quite what I wanted. I ordered the above oxblood office chair that has the swivell, recline and height adjustment features and wheels as per the photo. What was delivered was the oxblood armchair with the fixed feet. So I was a little disappointed more so as it doesn't have the practicalality of the office chair I wanted or ordered. However overall I am happy with what I received as it is a stunning chair for the price and I guess can be used as a feature chair around the house in the future if I decide to change office chair but for now I am loving sitting in it, it is really comfortable and the quality is brilliant. I can't wait for my chesterfield desk to arrive to compliment the chair. However I feel the shop or owner needs to ensure that the product ordered is the one the customer receives or at least message to advise of the alternative.

This is fine looking chair at a good price. Some reviews on this chair or its variants state that it doesn't tilt. It does, but locks only in the upright position. It's comfortable and stylish but the back is fairly straight. Without the tilt, it feels like you're sitting against a wall, albeit a padded wall. However, the tilt makes all the difference I'm happy with the purchase. Another positive is that the arms fit under my desk. It was also delivered a day early!

Enjoying using the chair. Came quickly delivered and now a few months on I have to say it is most comfortable and looks really good like a Chesterfield. It came in three pieces - base chair and lift. Tilts back nicely. All in all a good value purchase.

Comfiest chair I've ever had, heavy, solid, quality item and looks like it cost a lot more than it does, very happy with it, also arrived earlier than expected, ridiculously well packaged and very easy to assemble on my own although could see how others may need a hand as I said earlier it's a heavy chair piece and lots of solid wood

Bought this chair a couple of years back. Excellent comfort, good price. But the seat deflated and became unusable. Spoke to the company who advised the gas pump could be replaced but it's a difficult task. They provide the replacement gas bottle but don't undertake the work to fit it (despite my offer to pay for that service). What a shame as means the chair will have to be discarded. So, turns out to be an expensive purchase as it didn't last more than a couple of years. Buyer beware.

This chair is a replacement for my previous one, which was giving me back problems! The new chair has a firm but, for me, comfortable upright back, which is exactly what I was looking for. It also looks good and was very easy to assemble.
