Great effect
The flags are a cloth-looking material and the ribbon is also a sort of acrylic fabric. I was able to use nails through the ribbon portion to hang it up. Overall cool decorations, I used them for a racing party but might just keep them up because I like the colors. It was able to go across my ceiling twice -- it is one long string rather than several little ones like the photo implies. Good product.

Nice Pennant Flags
These are typical decoration quality pennants, they are great for a few days, but won't stand the test of time. That said, 32' of pennants for $14.99 is a fair price for nice quality party decor and they are fabric not the much cheaper looking plastic type of pennant, so you're getting a nicer looking streamer set than the super cheap ones.
