Not cream. This is coconut paste. Very firm, can't scoop out, shredded coconut flakes was a bid odd? Never had coconut cream look like this. Not sure. Gritty

non-returnable coconut cream
Purchased via Amazon. 6 ounces cost $11.33, USA. I assumed this product would have a good taste. My purchase had no discernible taste, and the coconut was completely solidified in the jar with the oil floating above it. Couldn't spoon it out. In an effort to save it, I removed all contents and used my electric blender to break up the coconut and blend it with the oil. Still no taste altho texture was improved. The expiration date is listed on the jar as August 2, 2026. Totally disappointing.
