This does not help with sound and it was too small for my front door even. It's way too expensive for two small pieces of whatever this is. I would not recommend

It works
I purchased these with the hopes of quieting down some rattles I have with bass. I've tested it on something smaller, my cabin blower. I added more on top of the factory cotton sheet and put it in areas where there wasn't any and the back of the glove box.It quiets the noise on the lower settings quite a bit that you can hardly hear it unless you really pay attention. I plan to add more but very pleased with the current results. I'll update this once the weather warms up so I can pull the door panel.The reason I give a four-star rating is because the sticky part is very prone to ripping easily and having nothing to stick to... you have to be very careful when peeling not to peel the entire sticking portion off the cotton sheet.
