Overall good, but shorted a few pieces.
Quality product, though I received the wrong quantities. I need what was delivered for a project, so I'll have to deal with the discrepancy. I was shorted a few washers and clip nuts and got a couple extra screws. Super random. Overall a good product. Wouldn't have said anything if these were cheaper.UPDATE: Without asking, I received a pack of these from Rackfinity to make up for the pieces I was shorted. Excellent customer service. I've since ordered a couple of the 25-piece packs and each of those have been complete.

Solid product, good price, will order from them again.
These cage nuts are perfect for my use. The metal spring has high tension and takes a little bit of effort to slide onto the rails compared to some others, but that means they hold in place well while screwing things in. The washers were in a separate, smaller bag. Would have been nice if the cage nuts and screws were similarly separated, but not bad by any means.

Nuts are too small
The nut inside the cage is too small and passes right through the square opening on several of our rack rails. This makes it impossible to tighten the equipment against the rail, and results in a sloppy and loose mount.
