Vegan and very close to authentic. Yum!
Nice crunchy texture. Definitely has all the almond and citrus essence you expect. We are vegan and I always used to love to make biscotti but I've never found a close vegan recipe. These are delicious and I'm so glad to have discovered them. 😋

Not great for dunking
I've had good luck with trying new brands of cantucci in the past, but I'm sad to say these were incredibly disappointing. Especially since I ordered them in multiple (I guess I was too optimistic!) and can't return them. The flavor was generic, like eating a Nilla Wafer. The texture... well... I like to dunk cantucci in my morning coffee. It was immediately clear these are NOT made for dunking. They instantly turn into mush. So if you like to eat them crunchy, they might be fine for you. But if you dunk your cantucci... avoid these. :PPersonally I prefer L'Oro del Sud's "Traditional Almond Biscotti, Cantuccini d'Abruzzo", or Gusta's "Authentic Biscotti Cookies, Classic Almond - Original Two Bites Size" which have a more robust flavor, and if those aren't available, Supremo Italiano's "Cantucci D'Abruzzo Almond Cookies" are pretty good too. :)
