I haven't tried this myself YET but have eaten food it was used on which is why I bought it. It is absolutely delicious on Salmon. And I'm told it has the same deliciousness on other fish dinners.

Nice balanced flavor. Used first time as a dry rub on two racks of oven baked St Louis style Pork Ribs. Omg the aroma was wonderful and the taste was perfect for us as we prefer just bit of heat in a dry rub. This rub really seems well formulated for pork and was reasonably priced.

I suggest to anyone that cooks by grills, oven or stove top,.. "this is the one". It goes well with any protein and probably more.
