Most vital features don’t work.
The media could not be loaded. Initial setup - EasyFingerprint setup and unlocking - Works flawlesslyRFID card / passcode based operation - Works flawlesslyThat’s about it. If this ends your requirement then you can go for much cheaper options. I bought this because I wanted remote unlocking, video surveillance, video calling, face unlocking. None of these work. At least on 99% of times these don’t work.If I delete the device from app, reset and add again then all of the functionality works for about 30 mins after which these stop working.Video surveillance - For 1 min it keeps saying “Retrieving video stream” and then it says “Try again later”.Remote unlocking - After pressing the image on app to unlock it tries for 10-20 seconds and then gives a message “Unable to unlock the lock”. What’s worse is that after 2-3 minutes the lock suddenly unlocks itself when I am not expecting it to. Meaning that this actually becomes a security threat.Video Calling - When someone presses the bell so get a video call only within the first 30 mins after reset. Then you just hear the bell and get no call.Face Unlocking - Setting up face unlocking is a pain. Most of the times it says “Can’t recognize a face”. For the one user where I was successful, the person needs to bring their face close to the lock at the level of the lock for it to work.But the worst part is the post-sales support. Practically non-existent. No one picks call. If someone picks it then they say someone will call back but no one calls back. They don’t give any service ticket ID to track or have continuity of discussion.

Do Not Buy! App fails regularly. Product settings do not work. The company does not have a return/replace policy. It's pure substandard product dumping.No product support and customer care doesn't care..
