How long does it take to charge fully the S4000 jump starter using the 15W wall charger?

If it's completely dead it takes about 5 - 6hrs. I had about 24 percent and it took 4hrs. You can use a 35w charger and it takes only 3hrs. I used the charger from my Samsung phone.

Can the jump starter battery pack work without a car battery? Or with a very low voltage? ?
